Car Rental Terms and Conditions

Payment: 100% payment in advance is required. A 50% advance payment is due when booking and the remaining 50% must be paid before departure.

Confirmation: Booking is considered confirmed only after making the advance payment.

Taxes: All prices and rates on the website are net of tax. Add 16% service tax and 2% income tax to all prices and rates mentioned on the website.

Identification: A copy of your I.D card/passport is required.

Fuel: The customer must return the vehicle with a full fuel tank at the end of each day. Fuel top-up/mileage shall be determined from our base station, i.e., starting from the base and returning to the base.

Deviations: Deviations are not allowed in the route or travel plans once the deal is completed.

Driving: We offer only chauffeur-driven services on rent. The customer is not allowed to drive the vehicle in any case.

Passengers: The vehicle shall not be used to carry more passengers than the registered capacity of the vehicle.

Illegal activities: Do not use the vehicle for any illegal purpose.
Weight capacity: Do not carry passengers or luggage over the rated weight-carrying capacity of the vehicle.

Additional Charges: Extra charges associated with your rental include the basic rent of the vehicle, applicable airport fees, taxes, other government-imposed fees, parking, and toll taxes. If applicable, upon return, a fee for cleaning the car’s interior for excessive stains or dirt.

Timing: Local use rentals are on a 12-hour basis. Rental timing is up to 12:00 AM. After 12:00 AM, next-day charges apply. Late return charges apply after 15 minutes. An extra full day’s rent is charged if the vehicle is late for more than 3 hours.

Outstation Travel: Hourly charges will apply after 12 hours of local use and 23 hours of outstation traveling. Late return charges apply after 15 minutes. An extra full day’s rental is charged if the vehicle is more than 3 hours late.

Early termination: In case of early termination than the agreed number of days, the original rental rate per day may change in case of failure.

Notice: Cancellation/termination of monthly rental requires 7 days’ notice.

Luggage: The Company does not allow the drivers to carry/handle goods or luggage other than loading and unloading. Please ensure the luggage/goods are loaded/unloaded in your presence to avoid theft or misplacement.

Changes: The Company may change the proposed vehicle or driver without prior notice and send an alternate in case of technical or behavioral issues.

Backup: The Company is not bound to provide backup vehicles in case of mechanical failure, accidents, or driver issues.

Damages: The Company shall not be responsible in case of any damages resulting from misunderstanding, miscommunication, vehicle problems, driver issues, etc., whatsoever.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle, regardless of the presence of a sticker. A fee of Rs.1000 may be charged to customers smoking inside a vehicle to cover the cleaning expenses.

Illegal activities: The Company does not allow carrying smuggled items, weapons, drugs, alcohol, alcoholic beverages, or similar drugs, etc. Any intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused service.

Liability: The Company shall not be responsible if the vehicle is used in dangerous areas or for any illegal activity. All security/legal matters regarding the car’s and driver’s safety shall be the customer’s sole responsibility. In case of any problems or issues, the customer shall be bound to handle and clear such issues at his own cost.

Modification: The Company reserves the right at any time after receipt/confirmation of your booking to accept or decline your order. Prices of all services are subject to change at any time. The company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Contact: Do not call/deal with drivers for reservations/inquiries. Always call directly to the rental company for inquiries/bookings.
Governing Law: This rental agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the rental company and the customer and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

Waiver: Any waiver by the rental company of a breach of any provision of this agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Severability: If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Assignment: The customer shall not assign or transfer this agreement, or any rights or obligations under this agreement, without the prior written consent of the rental company.

Notices: Any notice required under this agreement shall be in writing and delivered personally or sent by registered mail to the rental company at its address as mentioned on the website or to the customer at the address provided at the time of booking.

Force Majeure: The rental company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if the delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

Insurance: The rental company shall provide insurance coverage for the rented vehicle as the law requires. The insurance coverage shall not cover any personal injury or property damage caused by the customer or any third party. The customer is advised to obtain additional insurance coverage to protect himself/herself against liability.

Termination: The rental company may terminate this agreement at any time if the customer breaches any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, the customer shall immediately return the rented vehicle to the rental company.

Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the rental company and its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with the customer’s use of the rented vehicle.

Non-Waiver: The failure of the rental company to insist upon strict compliance with any provision of this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights or remedies under this agreement.

Acknowledgment: The customer acknowledges that he/she has had the opportunity to review this agreement and consult with an attorney if he/she desires. The customer further acknowledges that he/she understands the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and agrees to be bound by them.

Electronic Signatures: The parties agree that electronic signatures shall have the same force and effect as original signatures for the purposes of this agreement.

Reservation: The rental company reserves the right to refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who, in its sole discretion, is not suitable to rent a vehicle.

Modification: This rental agreement may not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.

Personal Information: The customer acknowledges that he/she has provided personal information to the rental company for the purpose of renting a vehicle. The rental company shall use this information only for the purpose of renting the vehicle and shall not disclose this information to any third party without the customer’s consent.

Privacy Policy: The rental company shall comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations in collecting, using, and storing personal information. The rental company’s privacy policy is available on its website.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Reservation of Rights: The rental company reserves the right to cancel any reservation or rental agreement at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is not suitable to rent a vehicle.

No Agency: The customer and rental company agree that nothing in this agreement shall create an agency, partnership, or joint venture between them.

Third-Party Beneficiaries: There are no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement.

Authority to Sign: The customer represents and warrants that he/she has the authority to enter into this rental agreement on behalf of himself/herself and any additional drivers listed in the rental agreement.
Electronic

Communications: The parties agree that all communications between them may be made electronically and that such communications shall have the same force and effect as if made in writing.

Entire Agreement: This rental agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
